Job summary

Net Power in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Project Scheduler with advanced MS Project expertise to own the integrated IPS for Project Permian, a first-of-a-kind utility-scale power facility. You will lead planning, integration, maintenance, and reporting across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in capital project scheduling, strong CPM discipline, and hands-on experience with MS Project and Primavera P6; Oracle Primavera Cloud is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of project scheduling experience on large capital projects.
• Experience with EPC-delivered power generation or heavy industrial projects preferred.
• Strong CPM scheduling, schedule risk analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain the Project Permian Integrated Project Schedule (IPS) in MS Project.
• Migrate schedules to Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) in 2026 without impact to the project.
• Integrate schedules from EPC, Owner’s Engineer, and other partners into a single IPS.
• Establish schedule standards, codes, WBS, calendars, and progress measurement.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and what-if modeling.
• Produce executive-ready schedule deliverables and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Mentor team on scheduling best practices.
