Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an experienced EPC Planning & Scheduling Manager in the Houston area. You will lead a team of Scheduler/Planners, build robust master schedules, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure on-time execution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, deep understanding of CPM, logic ties, and float, and will drive proactive scheduling improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop Scheduler/Planner teams.
• Proven track record building and improving scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scheduler/Planners on complex EPC projects.
• Establish processes, standards, and career development for planning team.
• Oversee integrated planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop EPC master schedules aligning engineering, procurement, construction, and milestones.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project leaders to resolve schedule challenges.
• Own critical path analysis and communicate drivers, risks and recovery options.
• Analyze logic, lag/lead time, float, sequencing, and resource impacts.
• Oversee CPM and LSM schedule development, including cost-loaded schedules.
• Lead schedule reviews, baselines, progress, forecasting, and changes.
• Perform schedule risk analysis, time impact analysis, and EVM reporting.
• Establish scheduling standards and drive planning discipline.
• Support proposals, pursuits, and project startup planning.
