Universal Orlando in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to develop and integrate comprehensive project master schedules across lifecycle. You will integrate internal and external schedules, provide controls advisements, and track resources and production progress based on the Integrated Master Schedule.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in project controls and scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of theme park design, construction and production.
  • 5+ years of Primavera scheduling experience.
  • Understanding of design/construction progress measurement.
  • Experience coordinating staff, consultants, and vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to influence and guide a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare lifecycle and master schedules using Primavera.
  • Provide schedule guidance across all project phases.
  • Lead planning meetings and report progress variances.
  • Develop earned value tracking and progress curves.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
