Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a senior-level USH Project Scheduler to lead the USH Project Scheduling Portfolio across lifecycle stages, from concept to commissioning. The role focuses on developing, integrating, and monitoring comprehensive project schedules, providing controls advisements, and tracking resources and production progress with Primavera.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/construction management, 7+ years in planning/scheduling, and 5+ years in theme

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years engineering/construction planning and scheduling experience required.
• 5+ years theme park planning/coordination experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of primavera scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project master schedules and integrate with multiple disciplines.
• Provide schedule guidance to project team and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Lead planning meetings, monitor progress, and generate reports for leadership.
