Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking an experienced projects controls professional to develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules across complex show, ride, and facility projects. This evergreen posting will be reviewed as opportunities arise.

You will lead schedule development using Primavera, coordinate with estimators, finance, contractors, and internal teams, and provide earned value analysis for senior management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering/construction planning and scheduling experience.
• 5+ years theme park planning/coordination experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or an applicable field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of planning techniques and earned value measurement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project life cycle and project master schedules and statuses using Primavera; develop integrated project master schedules.
• Provide schedule guidance during all phases of the project; coordinate with estimating/finance and contractors.
• Lead planning and coordination meetings; report progress and variances; develop earned value tracking tools.
