Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead project scheduling for EPC solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects in the U.S. The role requires developing and maintaining integrated EPC schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with multiple internal teams and external owners, and mentoring less-experienced schedulers.

The position involves travel to job sites, strong CPM know-how, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree or experience
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience
• EPC scheduling experience required
• High proficiency with Primavera P6
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and contribute to training curricula
• Develop and maintain EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM, and field teams for schedule inputs
• Attend weekly coordination and owner meetings to update on schedule
• Maintain delay logs and perform what-if analyses for schedule changes
• Deliver weekly regional project status reports and communicate updates
