Job summary

GigaEnergy Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to own the integrated master schedule across all active projects. You will develop fully integrated schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Vendor, Construction, and Commissioning, and drive weekly cadence with stakeholders.

You will maintain Level 3/4 schedules from concept through energization, report critical path health and SV/SPI, and deliver decision-ready outputs to engineering and field teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent hands-on project controls experience.
• 7+ years of scheduling experience on large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mining, government, and/or oil & gas construction projects.
• Direct scheduling experience with Primavera P6; CPM scheduling expertise.
• Strong Excel schedule analytics, milestone tracking, EVM calculations, and scenario modeling.
• Deep knowledge of CPM and Earned Value Management with reporting and mitigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated, logically tied, and resource-loaded schedules across Engineering, Procurement, Vendor, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Own and maintain the integrated Level 3/4 master schedule from concept through energization.
• Monitor critical path and surface SV and SPI with actionable leadership-ready context.
• Translate progress data into clear, decision-ready outcomes for teams.
• Create what-if scenarios to meet objectives, accelerate delivery, or reduce risk.
• Update weekly with stakeholders across multiple programs; ensure outputs remain accurate.
