Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support preconstruction planning and project scheduling for large-scale energy and infrastructure programs. You will develop, monitor, and optimize schedules using Primavera P6 and related tools while coordinating with field and home office teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 5–8 years (or 9–12) of relevant experience.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, control and analysis in field and home office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area.
• Performs schedule development including WBS and duration.
• Performs schedule monitoring and updates for activities.
• Maintains critical path schedule reports and metrics.
• Conducts schedule analysis to identify critical areas.
• Monitors subcontractor schedules and assists with recovery plans.
