Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Millersport, OH seeks a Project Scheduler for a 1.3 GW power facility project. You will prepare and maintain schedules, establish the WBS, and perform critical-path analysis to support targets.

You will monitor progress, forecast outcomes, and support recovery plans while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of EPC scheduling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field.
• 5–12 years of relevant scheduling experience on EPC projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office 365 required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedule data and establish baseline schedules.
• Develop work breakdown structures and activity durations.
• Monitor progress, identify critical paths, and forecast outcomes.
• Support schedule recovery plans and coordination with subcontractors.
• Maintain schedule reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize scheduling for targets.
