Qualificações

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading planning for large EPC projects or programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, integration, and management of complex, multi-discipline project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Oversee schedule hierarchy (Levels 1-5) alignment with milestones and baselines.
• Define schedule architecture, structure, coding, and sequencing.
• Maintain schedule baselines including scope changes and execution strategy updates.
• Drive schedule integration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead advanced schedule analysis including critical path, float, and trend analysis.
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate schedule risks and opportunities.
• Ensure schedule quality and compliance with corporate procedures and standards.
• Support schedule risk analysis activities (qualitative and quantitative).
• Develop execution strategies and recovery plans for schedule performance gaps.
• Provide forward-looking forecasts to support decision-making.
• Interact with project leadership and clients on schedule strategy and risk.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level schedule reports and presentations.
• Mentor planning teams across multiple levels.
