Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years supervisory leadership.
• Strong knowledge of EPC projects and large-scale planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners for schedule data preparation for negotiations and execution.
• Accountable for schedule development, maintenance, forecasting, and monitoring.
• Interface with senior internal and customer stakeholders regularly.
• Develop WBS, determine activity durations, and establish workflow logic.
• Identify schedule trends and critical-path activities for management.
• Create critical path reports and schedule performance metrics.
• Review subcontractor schedules and advise on improvements.
• Ensure timely schedule updates for project reporting requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree (engineering / construction management / business)

High School/GED

15+ years of relevant experience

5+ years of supervisory experience

15+ years of EPC/large-scale project experience

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Advanced Primavera P6 knowledge

Office 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
