Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Engineering Scheduler to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering and procurement activities across large EPC projects. You will develop, update, and analyze schedules, align activities with milestones, and ensure proper sequencing with procurement and construction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, Business, or a related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or a related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining CPM schedules for engineering, construction, or EPC projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed engineering schedules aligned with the overall project schedule and execution plans.
• Define engineering activities, logic, durations, milestones, and relationships within the project schedule.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement to establish durations, sequencing, and deliverable dates.
• Track engineering deliverables, design reviews, and approvals.
• Integrate engineering with procurement and construction, managing interfaces and dependencies.
• Maintain baselines and process changes per change management procedures.
• Perform regular schedule updates with actual progress and forecasted dates.
• Analyze schedule performance, critical path, floats, and delays; identify risks.
• Develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies for delays.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and management narratives.
