Zusammenfassung

CLMI Group is seeking a Scheduler III (Project Scheduler) to support Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). The role requires extensive experience with CPM scheduling, baselines, and time impact analyses to guide complex aviation construction projects.

The candidate will review baseline schedules, coordinate with contractors, and maintain master and sub-project schedules to protect project milestones and budget. On-site at LAX, frequent meetings and reporting are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years scheduling experience with 5+ years on active construction projects.
• Experience managing large-scale, multimillion-dollar schedules and reporting to management.

Aufgaben

• Review baseline construction schedule for conformance with plans and specs and ensure proper WBS, sequencing, and logic.
• Coordinate with contractors and schedule staff to resolve deficiencies and provide written responses.
• Maintain an owner shadow schedule and monitor 3-week look-ahead updates for accuracy.
• Develop time impact analyses and recommend time extensions as appropriate.
• Prepare progress reporting documents and communicate project sequencing to stakeholders.
