Cumming Group is seeking a Construction Senior Project Scheduler to support aviation sector projects, based on-site at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules for large-scale projects and coordinating with multiple teams to manage critical paths and time impacts.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years scheduling experience with 5+ years on active construction projects.
• Experience in scheduling design and construction of large-scale projects ($300M–$1B).
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Review Baseline Construction Schedule for conformance and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with Contractors and resolve schedule deficiencies.
• Maintain an Owner shadow Schedule and monitor 3 Week Look Ahead updates.
• Prepare time impact analysis and respond with mitigation strategies.
• Provide progress reporting documents and briefing materials.
