Job summary

CLMI Group, LLC is seeking a Scheduler III (Project Scheduler) to support Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) on-site in Los Angeles, CA. The role requires extensive CPM scheduling expertise and coordination with multiple project teams.

You will review baselines, manage WBS coding, monitor progress, and prepare TIAs and look-ahead analyses. A bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management and PSP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years scheduling experience, with 5+ years on active construction projects.
• Experience on large, complex projects with multimillion-dollar budgets ($300M–$1B).
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and progress reporting.
• Ability to report using earned value techniques and to manage multiple projects.
• PSP certification preferred; strong communication with management.

Responsibilities

• Review baseline construction schedule for conformance with plans and specs.
• Coordinate constructability review of baseline schedule submittal.
• Ensure WBS coding and resource loading are complete.
• Provide written evaluation on baseline schedule submittals.
• Attend weekly meetings and monitor Look-Ahead schedules for accuracy.
• Maintain an owner shadow schedule and analyze variances.
• Provide TIAs with written responses and extension recommendations.
• Develop progress reporting tools to communicate sequencing and status.
