Job summary

Cumming Group is hiring a Construction Senior Project Scheduler for on-site work at LAX in Los Angeles, CA. You will develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for multi-million-dollar projects within the Landside Access Modernization Program.

Essentials include BCWS, WBS coding, HMS loading, and collaborating with Contractors and Project Managers to mitigate delays and keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years scheduling experience, with 5+ years supporting active construction projects.
• Aviation sector experience preferred.
• PSP certification preferred.
• Must report earned value using CPM methods.

Responsibilities

• Review Baseline Schedule for conformance with plans, WBS, and critical path.
• Ensure WBS is properly coded and resource loaded.
• Review Contractor Monthly Schedule updates and progress.
• Maintain an Owner shadow Schedule and monitor look-ahead plans.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and time-extension recommendations.
• Coordinate schedule comments with Contractors and provide written responses.
• Attend weekly meetings and track 3-week look-ahead accuracy.
