Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP is seeking a Project Scheduler III in Los Angeles to support complex, large-scale construction programs. The role emphasizes detailed scheduling, risk assessment, and earned value management on multifaceted projects in an onsite setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of scheduling experience on major projects, proficiency with Primavera P6 and PMWEB, and familiarity with aviation-related systems. Travel is minimal; the position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in aviation/airport projects preferred.
• Master Schedule experience and CPM knowledge.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and PMWEB.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the advancement of goals through collaboration with all stakeholders and in development of planning and design schedules.
• Support overlapping project scheduling tasks, issue management, meeting facilitation, document control and monthly status reporting.
• Provide progress reporting documents and briefing materials; develop reporting tools for complex sequencing and progress assessments.
• Analyze milestones, report fiscal impact and risk to Management; prepare detailed time-scale plans and tracking.
• Maintain master schedule system and ensure proper WBS coding and resource loading.
• Provide scheduling related support on multiple projects and produce What-if analyses and time impact analyses.
