Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC is seeking a senior scheduler to build and maintain a cost-loaded Primavera P6 schedule for the Fort Buchanan microgrid project in Puerto Rico. The role involves real-time government update meetings and translating field facts into credible critical-path forecasts.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of construction scheduling on federal/industrial projects, strong CPM skills, and the ability to travel to Puerto Rico for monthly in-person updates.

Qualifications

• Three Primavera P6 construction schedules for projects of similar size and complexity.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and practical application.
• 7+ years construction scheduling experience on federal/industrial projects.
• Ability to travel to Puerto Rico for update meetings; monthly in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary, initial, and periodic P6 schedules compliant with USACE requirements.
• Integrate design/permit, submittal, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Lead monthly update workshops; revise live schedule per Government approval.
• Produce narratives, network diagrams, earned value, schedule variance, and look-aheads.
• Prepare recovery schedules, time-impact analyses, and retrospective delay analyses as needed.
• Reconcile field planning, QC reports, procurement status, and invoicing with the schedule.
