About ERP and the Project

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led SBA 8(a) federal contractor advancing energy resilience and mission assurance. ERP is deploying a project team for the Fort Buchanan installation-level microgrid in Puerto Rico. The work includes diesel generation, medium-voltage distribution, microgrid controls, protective relaying, fuel infrastructure, fiber communications, optional BESS, integration of existing renewable generation, and full system commissioning.

Position Summary

Build and maintain the cost-loaded Primavera P6 schedule that governs planning, progress measurement, payment support, procurement, design/submittals, construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout. The scheduler must facilitate real-time Government update meetings and convert field facts into a credible critical-path forecast.

What You Will Do
  • Develop preliminary, initial, and periodic P6 schedules compliant with USACE activity, coding, logic, cost-loading, calendar, milestone, and reporting requirements.
  • Integrate design/permit, submittal, procurement, delivery, construction, outage, FAT/SAT, commissioning, training, O&M, as-built, and closeout activities.
  • Lead monthly update workshops; organize, sort, filter, analyze, and revise the live schedule as approved by the Government.
  • Produce narratives, network diagrams, critical-path analysis, cash-flow/S-curves, earned value, schedule variance, and three-week look-aheads.
  • Prepare recovery schedules, fragnets, prospective time-impact analyses, and retrospective delay analyses when required.
  • Reconcile field planning, QC daily reports, RMS data, procurement status, and invoicing with the approved schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Prepared and maintained at least three Primavera P6 construction schedules for projects of similar size and complexity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and practical application.
  • At least 7 years of construction scheduling experience, including cost and resource loading on federal, utility, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
  • Ability to travel to Puerto Rico for update meetings and workshops; monthly in-person attendance is the default contract expectation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or related credential.
  • USACE ER 1-1-11, RMS, earned value, Unanet, and microgrid/power-project experience.
  • Time-impact and forensic schedule-analysis experience under AACE 29R-03 and 52R-06 concepts.
Field, Travel and Employment Conditions
  • When on site, work may involve tropical heat and humidity, rain, uneven terrain, stairs/ladders, construction noise, required PPE, and extended, weekend, outage, emergency, or alternate-shift hours.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, follow drug-free workplace and conduct requirements, and protect FCI/CUI using only authorized systems and procedures.
