Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is assembling a project team for the Fort Buchanan installation-level microgrid in Puerto Rico. The senior scheduler will build and maintain the cost-loaded Primavera P6 schedule, govern planning, progress measurement, and support procurement, design, construction, testing, and commissioning.

The role requires at least 7 years of scheduling experience on complex projects, CPM mastery, and the ability to present credible schedules in real-time government

Qualifications

• Prepared and maintained multiple Primavera P6 schedules for large projects.
• CPM scheduling principles and practical application.
• Ability to deliver schedules with cost and resource loading on federal/utility/industrial projects.
• Willingness to travel to Puerto Rico for meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary, initial, and periodic P6 schedules compliant with USACE requirements.
• Integrate design/permit, submittal, procurement, delivery, construction, outage, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Lead monthly update workshops and revise live schedules as approved by the Government.
• Produce narratives, network diagrams, critical-path analyses, cash-flow, earned value, schedule variance, and look-aheads.
• Prepare recovery schedules, time-impact analyses, and retrospective delay analyses as required.
• Reconcile field planning, QC reports, RMS data, procurement status, and invoicing with the schedule.
