Job summary

Sargent & Lundy offers a hybrid work arrangement for a Senior Project Scheduler in Capital Projects. You will develop and maintain project schedules, interface with project teams, clients, and engineers, and monitor performance using Primavera P6 and other tools.

The role requires 5+ years of project scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and a graduate degree. Expect collaboration across management, construction, and cost teams with potential client travel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software and project controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• MS Office suite, advanced Excel/Access for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Provide schedule updates and deviations from baseline to project team.
• Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support risk identification and contingency management.
• Interface with project management, clients, engineering, and construction.
• Produce look-ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
• Travel to client offices for coordination meetings as needed.
