Job summary

Leidos is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler/Controls professional to support the FAA Central Service Area Planning and Requirements Group in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on managing and analyzing schedules, resources, and budgets using Primavera and Tableau, with emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

You will administer the Corporate Work Plan, run detailed reports, and ensure schedule integrity across multiple projects, enabling executive-level visibility and effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, PM, Business, or related field.
• Years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience scheduling projects using Primavera.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing and managing resource-loaded schedules.
• Experience with schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with complex multi-project environments and integrated master schedules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication for presentations.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera and Tableau.
• Maintain and administer the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) including project codes and status.
• Create recurring/ad hoc reports to support PIT, CSA leadership, and executives.
• Update and analyze project resource allocations and labor units.
• Assist with baseline and re-baseline schedule management and CWP updates.
• Ensure proper project closeout with documentation, approvals, and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain schedule data integrity for reporting across scheduling, cost, forecasting, and EVM.
