Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned scheduling and project controls professional to support the FAA Central Service Area Planning and Requirements Group in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on Primavera-based scheduling, data analytics, and CWP maintenance to enable executive decision-making.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with resource-loaded schedules, EVM, and forecasting, and can communicate findings to diverse stakeholders. Public Trust clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years scheduling projects using an industry-accepted tool; Primavera required.
• Experience developing and managing resource-loaded project schedules.
• Familiarity with multi-project environments and integrated master schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera and Tableau.
• Maintain and administer the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) and track CAI/JAI activities.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support PIT, CSA leadership, and executives.
