Job summary

TD Thornton is seeking a Project Scheduler (Project Controls) to develop and manage EPC CPM schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of projects. The role supports construction managers and stakeholders, focusing on CPM scheduling and schedule-driven performance analysis.

Candidates should have 2+ years in construction scheduling or project controls, strong Primavera P6 experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project controls software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in construction scheduling, project controls, or project management.
• Strong Primavera P6 CPM scheduling experience.
• Experience developing and managing EPC construction schedules.
• Experience with schedule-driven performance and productivity analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Develop EPC CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for multiple projects.
• Support schedule-driven performance analysis and 4D modeling as appropriate.
• Lead schedule development discussions with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Prepare baseline schedules, monthly updates, and narratives.
• Analyze schedule variances and changes to the critical path.
• Forecast future performance using production rates and resource data.
• Document schedule changes and communicate impacts to the project team.
• Support broader project controls activities beyond scheduling when required.
