Qualifications

• 4+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.
• Ability to build relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple commercial construction projects.
• Prepare Baseline schedules from drawings and specs.
• Monitor schedules updated by Operations staff and provide guidance.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors, and reps to represent Clark and partners.
• Develop conceptual bid and proposal schedules and present to committees if required.
• Use analytics to identify project trends and report findings.
• Cost and load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual construction status vs. plan and communicate impacts.
