Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Construction Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling across multiple commercial projects. You will work with Operations teams, Clark Executives, subcontractors, and owners to develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, analyze changes, and prepare Time Impact Analyses.

This role requires strong initiative, relationship skills, and advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling best practices.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and statements of work for usable baseline schedules.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance as necessary.
• Interact with the Operations team and represent Clark with owners and subcontractors.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules for executive review.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Prepare time impact analyses per standard practices.
• Travel to project sites.
