Job summary

Execution Metrics, Inc. is hiring Senior Project Schedulers to support biotech and life sciences projects in Hillsboro, OR.

You will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules using Primavera P6, working with project managers, engineering, construction, CQV, and client stakeholders to drive execution. Embedded on the Owner's Project Management Team, you will provide scheduling and project controls from the client view, producing reports, dashboards, and updates while aligning scope,

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial, or capital projects preferred.
• EPC experience strongly preferred.
• CQV experience is a plus.
• Operational Readiness experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitor schedule performance and provide forecasting, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
• Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, and mitigation opportunities.
• Coordinate schedule updates across multiple project disciplines and stakeholders.
• Support project planning, reporting, and project controls activities.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure alignment between project scope, milestones, budgets, and schedule objectives.
