Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of EPCQ processes in Pharma/Biotech industry.
• Understanding of engineering, construction methodologies, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in modern planning and scheduling principles (CPM, Last Planner, 4D).
• Strong analytical and computer skills with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel/Access/Power BI).
• Knowledge of Touchplan, BIM 360, and other planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and forecast all phases of project schedule using current industry practices and software.
• Provide planning leadership and integrate with engineering, procurement, cost, and construction disciplines.
• Develop, monitor, and update EPCQ life-cycle project plans and schedules.
• Baseline schedules and document the basis for approval.
• Monitor progress, deviations, and variances; assess impacts on critical paths.
• Analyze schedule inputs from clients, vendors, and contractors for durations and logic.
• Integrate into an overall master schedule and ensure data credibility.
• Generate schedule progress reports, trends, and analysis; emphasize data visualization.
