Job summary

CLMI Group is seeking a Scheduler III (Project Scheduler) to support Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) on-site in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in scheduling, with 5+ years on active construction projects, and will manage baselines, CPR, and time impact analyses to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• 10+ years scheduling experience, with 5+ years on active construction projects.
• Experience scheduling design and construction of large-scale, multimillion dollar projects ($300M-$1B).
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques and earned value reporting.
• Able to track field progress weekly and report performance.
• Experience with master schedule/sub-project environments and reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Review baselines for conformance and critical path.
• Coordinate constructability reviews and resolve schedule issues.
• Maintain an owner shadow schedule and monitor 3-Week Look-Ahead.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses and responses.
• Provide progress reports and management briefings.
• Participate in weekly meetings and update schedules.
