Job summary

The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified Scheduler III to join our aviation team in Los Angeles County. The role demands extensive CPM scheduling experience, multi-project oversight, and expertise in time impact analyses and progress reporting.

You will review baselines, coordinate with contractors, maintain an owner shadow schedule, and provide written recommendations to mitigate delays. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field and PSP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• PSP certification preferred; PMP/ related credentials considered.
• Minimum 10 years scheduling experience in active construction programs.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and earned value reporting is essential.
• Proven ability to manage multi-project schedules and complex baselines.

Responsibilities

• Review Baseline Construction Schedule for WBS, sequencing, critical path and resource loading.
• Coordinate constructability reviews and clarify schedule deficiencies with contractors.
• Review Monthly Schedule updates and assess logic changes and progress reporting.
• Maintain an owner shadow schedule and support Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
• Provide responses and recommendations for schedule impacts and time extensions.
• Prepare detailed plans, time-scaled charts, and progress reporting documents.
• Interact with multiple project managers and third-party schedulers as needed.
• Support master program scheduling and interfaces for electrical/airfield systems.
