Rohadfox Construction Management in Los Angeles is seeking a senior Scheduler to lead time and schedule management for complex construction projects. You will work with project managers to review baselines, monitor progress, and forecast outcomes.

Local residency near West LA preferred. The role requires 10+ years of scheduling experience, CPM expertise, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience on major construction projects.
• Experience supporting multi-project programs and master schedules.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, critical path analysis and earned value reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Review baseline construction schedules for conformance to plans and creates WBS, logic ties, and resource loading.
• Track monthly schedule updates and identify critical path changes or delays.
• Maintain a master shadow schedule and assess timing impacts for changes.
• Provide written responses and mitigation recommendations for TIAs.
• Prepare progress reports and management briefs on schedule status.
