Cumming Group is seeking a Construction Senior Project Scheduler to support aviation sector projects, including the Landside Access Modernization Program at LAX in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules for large-scale projects worth $100M+ and coordinating among multiple interdependent work streams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of scheduling experience in major construction, strong CPM knowledge, and experience with contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years scheduling experience with 5+ years in direct support of active construction projects.
• Experience scheduling design and construction of large-scale projects (multi-million to billion).
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques and project control cycles.

Responsabilités

• Review Baseline Schedule from Contractor for WBS, sequencing and logic ties.
• Coordinate with Contractor Scheduler for clarification of deficiencies.
• Review Contractor’s Monthly Schedule updates for progress and critical path changes.
• Maintain Owner shadow Schedule with dates from site reports and inspections.
