Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or consulting.
• Knowledge of COSO ERM and ISO 31000.
• Strong communication, facilitation and executive influence skills.

• Develop and maintain project risk management across the fleet.
• Create project risk registers and use templates for fleet-wide risk.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and risk reporting mechanisms.
• Lead periodic risk assessments across projects.

• Prepare clear risk reports for leadership teams.
