Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management IV to plan and coordinate internal information systems projects, including network/server/software deployments and PC rollouts. You will define requirements, assess feasibility, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, tracking risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university with 8+ years related experience or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written) and documentation
• Experience with project management teams, conflict resolution, and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and change management

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional and technical projects.
• Partner with functional teams through initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post deployment phases.
• Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables; maintain project documentation.
