Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Supervisor to oversee multiple cross-functional and technical projects, allocate resources, and drive programs from planning through execution in a Florida setting.

You will own project metrics, build dashboards with stakeholders, onboard staff, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to screen candidates while aligning priorities with customers and Astreya teams to deliver timely improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and engineering/technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple cross-functional and technical projects and align priorities.
• Own all program reporting and metrics delivery.
• Collaborate to develop service reporting dashboards.
• Onboard, train, and improve service delivery; mentor staff.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to screen candidates.
• Drive solutions with internal and external stakeholders through all project stages.
• Develop and maintain resources with coaching for career growth.
• Perform individual unit tasks as needed.
• Other duties as required.
