Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management III to plan and coordinate large-scale Data Center builds and AI deployments from initiation to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage milestones and budgets, and drive continuous improvement across data centers and warehouses.

The role requires strong communication and PMP- or PgMP-style capabilities, with ability to work across North American time zones, either remotely or on-site at client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2–5 years of related experience.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in a high-pressure environment.
• 2+ years of data center lifecycles and/or large-scale networks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple cross-functional network deployment projects.
• Partner with teams during initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post deployment.
• Track milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables.
• Manage asset and material inventory across data centers and warehouses.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, risks, and reviews.
• Define scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Drive project lifecycle milestones from concept to closure and manage change.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular status updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
