Job summary

Astreya seeks a Project & Program Management III to coordinate internal IT projects from initiation to delivery, including network, server, software implementations, and PC deployments. You will lead cross-functional teams, define requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risks and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of PM experience, strong communication, and analytical skills; experience with AI/Automation tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination
• Experience working with project management teams, resolving conflicts, and meeting schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and learn new tools quickly
• Strong analytical skills: collect, organize, analyze, and report metrics and risks
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple, complex, cross-functional and technical projects.
• Partner with teams during initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment and post-deployment phases.
• Drive project lifecycle milestones from concept to closure and support change management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, risk analyses, and reviews.
• Define scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Use KPIs and metrics to track performance and provide regular status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive continuous process improvements across teams.
