Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Project & Program Management Senior Manager in Santa Clara to lead multi-disciplinary projects and optimize the Astreya Managed Services portfolio. You will coordinate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to define priorities, drive schedules, and deliver actionable metrics.

The role requires senior-level program management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage high-pressure timelines while developing operations and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years’ related experience or equivalent
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to influence in sensitive situations
• Proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple, complex, cross-functional and technical projects
• Collaborate with Astreya team members and customer stakeholders to align priorities and timelines
• Own program reporting and metrics delivery, including MOR and QBR decks
• Develop and maintain service reporting dashboards with internal and customer teams
• Coach and guide team through onboarding, training, and process improvements
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build hiring pipelines and participate in interviews
• Provide coaching for career development and succession planning
• Ensure delivery of project milestones and adherence to plans
