Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities for EPC projects in the Nuclear market. The role is based in Knoxville, TN, with relocation assistance available and collaboration with engineering, legal and project controls to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

You will negotiate high-risk contracts, mentor procurement staff, and coordinate with suppliers to optimize cost, schedule, and quality across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management or equivalent.
• 8+ years negotiation experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
