Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Senior EPC Project Manager to oversee major EPC projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality goals are met. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls, while maintaining client relationships and strong program performance.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to relocate and work on-site at project locations across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years for Project Manager; 15+ years for Senior Project Manager.
• Experience with complex EPC or design-build projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for EPC project execution.
• Develop, approve, and implement comprehensive project execution plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead integrated teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls.
• Serve as the primary project-level interface with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage commercial performance.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and scope changes within delegated authority.
• Oversee joint venture partners, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead workforce planning and align resources to project needs.
• Mentor and develop project team members and emerging leaders.
