Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager for Advanced Manufacturing in the United States. You will lead procurement planning, purchasing, subcontracting, and supplier quality on mega projects with high strategic importance.

The role requires 18+ years in engineering and/or capital construction purchasing, strong MS Excel skills, and leadership capabilities to guide teams through complex transactions and risk management. Onsite work in a US location is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or capital construction purchasing, contracting, expediting, supplier quality management, and material management.
• Ability to lead procurement teams and coordinate with project management.
• Strong MS Excel skills and advanced MS Office usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead upfront procurement planning, SMEP, and strategy development for projects.
• Manage teams of buyers, expeditors, and subcontract administrators with oversight.
• Optimize procurement efficiency and drive issue resolution on complex projects.
• Oversee PO/subcontract administration and invoice reviews.
• Coordinate with project personnel and stakeholders across procurement activities.
