Job summary

SLB is seeking a Project Procurement Lead to manage sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, and procurement execution for complex project work packages. You will collaborate with project management, engineering, finance, legal, logistics, HSE, quality, operations, and external suppliers to deliver safe, competitive, and reliable procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience leading procurement for complex projects, capital projects, construction, or industrial services.
• Ability to review technical and commercial documents, identify risk, develop negotiation positions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier identification, market analysis, RFIs/RFPs, tender clarifications, bid evaluations, negotiations, award recommendations, and contract support.
• Develop procurement strategies for materials, equipment, services, construction, and project work packages aligned with budgets and delivery requirements.
• Review scopes of work, technical requirements, commercial proposals, pricing structures, schedules, exclusions, and contractual risks.
• Evaluate supplier capability, cost, schedule, quality, HSE performance, and overall value.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery commitments, warranties, change mechanisms, and other key terms with stakeholders.
