Job summary

Slalom is seeking a seasoned Management Consultant to lead and grow the Sourcing & Procurement capability within the Global Supply Chain Practice. You will work with senior client executives, shape procurement strategies, and deliver cross-functional projects across industries, focusing on direct/indirect procurement, vendor management, and contract management.

You’ll collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams, manage multiple workstreams, and help drive change through data analytics, ERP

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting firms.
• Experience with procurement strategy development and execution; project leadership experience a plus.
• Experience managing projects/programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional resources.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and client stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work and strong service orientation.
• Experience with procurement packages/ERP, agile delivery, data analytics and change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and support the Sourcing & Procurement Capability Area within the Global Supply Chain Practice at Slalom.
• Help deliver projects for clients' supply chains across industries and locations.
• Work with senior client executives to develop strategies and shape procurement initiatives.
