Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience in procurement processes and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Prepares requests for quotation to suppliers.
• Receives purchase requests to initiate procurement.
• Researches and qualifies suppliers for the approved list.
• Defines and manages supplier lists in the vendor system.
• Sources vendors for materials, services and subcontract needs.
• Negotiates offers and analyzes proposals with the project team.
• Prepares final summaries and communicates recommendations.
• Releases Purchase Orders after sourcing is complete.
