Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for large-scale projects, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor selection
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines and budget requirements
• Manage vendor communication to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, or Oracle EBS for purchase order creation, tracking, and inventory management

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of vendor relationship management

• Familiarity with supply chain management principles including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and sourcing strategies
• Experience supporting purchasing management systems that are technically integrated within enterprise software solutions
