Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong project planning and scheduling experience in OEM/EPC or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to develop baselines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Excellent coaching and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules during proposal, commercial, and startup phases.
• Establish baselines, milestones, and critical paths prior to handoff to Project Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations to create achievable schedules.
• Identify schedule risks, resource constraints, long-lead material impacts, and dependencies.
• Support bidding and proposal efforts with schedule development and execution plans.
• Coach and train Project Managers on planning practices and schedule reviews.
• Standardize planning tools, templates, and scheduling methodologies across sites.
