Job summary

Worley in Cameron, LA is seeking a Senior Project Planner to develop, maintain, and optimize schedules for large-scale EPC projects using Primavera P6. You will align schedules with scope, manage risks, and collaborate with project teams to drive on-time execution.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project planning, CPM scheduling, and strong Excel and reporting skills. PMP/PSP certifications are preferred for advanced roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project planning and scheduling experience for industrial/EPC projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create Level 1–4 schedules for engineering, procurement, construction and startup activities.
• Establish WBS and coding aligned with project objectives.
• Prepare schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, and executive-level reports.
• Coordinate schedule development with project managers, discipline leads, contractors, and clients.
• Support schedule risk assessments and schedule recovery plans.
