Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Planner / Scheduler to develop and optimize integrated schedules for large-scale EPC projects in the energy sector. You will collaborate with project teams to reflect scope, progress, risks, and resource needs in Primavera P6.

You will lead schedule analysis, provide forecasts, and drive schedule performance with senior leadership. 8+ years of experience and strong CPM knowledge are required; PMP or PSP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project planning and scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge.
• Experience with EPC, petrochemical or LNG projects.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create Level 1–4 schedules for EPC activities.
• Establish WBS and coding structures.
• Develop baseline schedules and monitor performance against baselines.
• Prepare schedule narratives and milestone reports.
• Coordinate schedule development with PMs, discipline leads, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure schedule logic and resource loading reflect execution plans.
