ON GRID INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LLC in Pecos, TX seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to plan, develop, maintain, and report complex project schedules for industrial/EPC initiatives. The role requires 10+ years of scheduling experience and expert Primavera P6 proficiency.

Formación

• 10+ years progressive planning and scheduling experience in industrial, construction, or EPC projects.
• Experience in both project planning and scheduling; not just updates.
• Project experience in Oil & Gas, Onshore Power Generation, and/or Data Centers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and other project activities.
• Perform both project planning and scheduling, including WBS, activity sequencing, durations, logic, milestones, resource requirements, and execution plans.
• Develop master and discipline-level schedules aligning scope, milestones, client requirements, and execution strategy.
• Coordinate with project teams to sequence engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Establish and maintain schedule logic, critical paths, constraints, calendars, and baselines.
• Provide routine schedule updates reflecting actual project conditions.
• Analyze schedule performance, CPM paths, float, delays, and impacts on milestones.
• Identify schedule risks and craft mitigation and recovery plans with leadership.
• Evaluate scope changes and resource availability for potential impacts.
• Support forecasting of labor, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Develop schedule reports, progress curves, look-ahead schedules, and milestone reports.
• Participate in internal and client-facing progress, planning, and schedule reviews.
