Vertical Relevance is seeking a Senior Project Manager experienced with ServiceNow, Financial Services, ITSM / CSM, and GRC to join our team remotely on a full-time basis.

This role involves end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems. The Senior Project Manager will implement technical solutions for customer engagements, requiring strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills to ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth project management skills, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders to drive project success. ServiceNow experience is essential, and certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives and project sponsors, within the financial services sector.
• Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables, including creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle; proactively resolve issues.
• Manage project resources, including team members and vendors, to meet milestones.
• Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, aligning solutions with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project performance, report progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure all activities adhere to compliance standards specific to the financial industry and custom workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow in a financial services environment.
• Proven success in delivering ServiceNow implementations across relevant industries.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, GRC, and SecOps.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly advantageous.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, cloud technologies, and IT transformation programs.
• Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills.
